Beautiful newly renovated spacious executive home w/ fenced back yard includes New Pool, BBQ Grill and Fire pit. Close to shopping, restaurants, Busch Gardens and more. Are you ready to vacation at your home away from home? Welcome. You should comfortable on vacation. Gourmet kitchen. 4th bedroom is in loft area.
Kitchen is well stocked and includes Reverse Osmosis Filtered Drinking water.

The Space:
Spacious home. Like new. Brand new back yard Pool. Pool table and fully fenced backyard. Pet friendly.

Great quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I recommend a car. We have a garage and driveway for parking.

Tampa stay

We had a great long weekend stay here in Seffner. Property was clean and had what we needed. Communication and timely follow up was great. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay while visiting the Florida RV supershow.

Check in and communication was very good. We enjoyed the property. Close access to Florida fairgrounds. Plenty or shopping and restaurants close by.

Quick florida trip!

We loved the warm pool! The neighborhood we thought was maybe a little sketchy, but turns out it’s super quiet and was close to stores so that was nice.

Easter break trip

Great location for our visit to Bush Gardens. A little too far for the Tampa Bay rays game. But that was a last minute addition and wasn’t in the original plan.

Spring break getaway

We had a nice time at this property. It was conveniently located near grocery and restaurant amenities. We used this house as a “home base” while we ventured to Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. The host was responsive when we had a maintenance issue and had the problem fixed. The space fit our needs and we enjoyed the backyard heated pool.

Mango Visit

Home was great with more then enough room in my case. Bedrooms are all upstairs. Kitchen fully stocked. The only negative points in my opinion were that some lightbulbs need replaced (especially in stairway) & washer/dryer need a little TLC (not level and loud for some reason). Owner was quicker responding to me then me to him (lol).

Nice property

The house had everything we needed. We are not the typical Home away renters. We travel for work. We had 4 guys in the house and it was plenty big for us. The yard was a decent size and the grill worked as it should. The room with the pool table isn't big enough for a pool table. But we managed to still have some fun after work. Had an issue with the A.C. while were there, but it was handled quickly. We were given an extra night at no cost for the inconvenience which I thought was very generous. Overall I would recommend this property.

My allergies ran amuck due to cat and/or smoke lingering. The house is in an area convenient to the expressway but not a great area of town. The pool is nice. The cover over the pipe in the master shower was not secured and my son's foot went through several times. However, there was a different repair needed to the shower that was quickly addressed. Overall not worth the money for us due to my allergies.

Could be really nice

The property was fine, clean but worn carpet and kitchen cabinets. It was as listed and had all the appropriate accommodations in kitchen and lots of space in the home. The pool had debris but that is expected in FL pollen season and hot tub was delightful. The home could be so much nicer with proper end/side tables - downstairs especially & upstairs all the tables were on the edge of being broken. There were NO lamps downstairs, no rugs in bathrooms or kitchen, no artwork anywhere in home, no throw pillows, nothing that made it feel warm and inviting. All the towels were clean and plenty of detergents for dishwasher and washing machine. We needed to move the couches a bit so everyone could see the TV downstairs. There was lots of food crumbs and dirt when we did this just so more people could comfortably see the TV. None of the blinds upstairs had sticks to twist open for light. The linens were all clean but like downstairs nothing warm and inviting. No TVs (except in master), no dressers, no artwork, guest bath clean but dated, unlike the master bath which was wonderful. The property manager was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. However, we would not return to this property due to the cleanliness and very poor investment by the owners in making this a desired property over a generic hotel room.

Birthday getaway

Me, my wife & my sister stayed here for my wife’s birthday weekend… the place was clean, very spacious & in an excellent location! The neighborhood is directly across from a huge dog park! We loved that this property had a pool and a hot tub too! The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable! We felt so at home here… we look forward to visiting & staying here again…
