My family and I fell in love with the island and decided to build a villa complex in this stunning location, where the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea stretch to the horizon, offering endless beauty and magical sunsets.

The area is secluded, providing peace and quiet for a truly relaxing stay. World-famous beaches like Porto Katsiki and Egremni are just a short drive away, along with other crystal-clear water beaches such as Gialos.

This side of the island is known for its untouched natural beauty. Though it feels remote compared to busier spots, Athani village is only 2 km away, offering options for dining, a café, and a mini market. Several tavernas can also be found within 1 km of the villa, making it easy to enjoy local cuisine without venturing far.
