The apartment is modern, detailed, and equipped with every comfort.
· Sleeping Area: Spacious bedroom with double bed, dedicated desk, and large wardrobe. Sofa bed in the living room.
· Living Area: Open-space with dining area, Smart TV, and full kitchen (electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machines, complete set of pots/dishes).
· Bathroom: Spacious, renovated, with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, 50lt water heater, and courtesy set.
· Outdoor: Private terrace furnished with table and chairs.
· Residence: Access to the Olympic pool, located directly in front of the apartment.
· Parking: Private and secure, accessible via remote control provided at check-in.
· Comfort: Unlimited fiber WiFi, safe, iron and ironing board, complete linens (bed/bath).
· Important Note: The residence has two pools. The pool with an adjacent bar is currently closed for renovation work. The Olympic pool is regularly open and accessible. We have applied a special discount on the rate to compensate for this temporary inconvenience.
