Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

The registration process involves the mandatory online registration of each guest before accessing the apartment. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM involves a cash supplement of 50 EUR.
