Spacious (2450 sf) 4 bedroom walkout ranch located on the 10th and 11th holes of Betsie Valley Golf Course lot 90 on Crystal Mountain Resort. Within walking distance to all resort amenities
Home features include: 3 bedrooms on main floor with a 4th bedroom/bunk room in the finished walkout basement, 3 bathrooms all with showers or tub, fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee-maker, and many small appliances. All utensils you'll ever need. Wet bar with wine fridge just off kitchen. Brand new electric fireplace in dining room. Free high speed secure wireless internet(WiFi), Expanded cable flat screen cable TV's in the two living areas and master bedroom, central air-conditioning, 2 decks, fire pit, and charcoal and gas BBQ grill. Nintendo Wii with multiple games in the finished basement area. Propane provided. Starter toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body soap, body lotion, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent provided. Coffee and filters provided. All linens and towels clean and in house for your use. Of course beds are made prior to your arrival. Brand new Samsung full size washer and dryer in basement for your use.

NOTE: Crystal Mountain Resort offers many amenities that are available to you, but they are not included in the rental price as this is a privately owned home on Crystal Mountain property.

Had a great stay at this home. Kristie (owner) was a great communicator and house was as described, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of good quality towels, pillows and bedding. The home was more spacious than we anticipated and we had plenty of room for both families. Boys really enjoyed having the bunk room in the basement. Location to Crystal Mountain for skiing was better than we anticipated because we were able to take advantage of the complimentary resort shuttle to get back and forth with our gear. Boys found a way to get to the ski trails by walking through the back yard and enjoyed coming back and forth on their own. Overall, fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

House was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking as we cooked breakfast twice. Bathrooms were very tidy and clean. Plenty is space for all 4 of us. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck with a view of #11 tee box on the Betsie.Owner was very flexible with our travel plans and very communicative.We could stay here again in the future.

Older spacious home that was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out! The game room downstairs was fun. It was a great location for our travels to Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Glen Arbor. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and the home was supplied with everything you need.

This is an excellent property for smaller groups to enjoy fellowship while visiting the area. We are a repeat customer when we do golf trips at Arcadia. House is awesome, we cook for all (kitchen is great), and we relax by the firepit each evening, enjoying being on a par 3 hole. Very quiet and the stars are amazing at night! Walking access to amenities of Crystal Mountain Resort as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Spacious & well-appropriated accommodations worked out well for us and our 3 adult children and spouses/SO.Everything was clean and we appreciated having 3 full bathrooms. Nice big dining table that 8 of us fit around easily. Enjoyed the foosball table - although we had to be careful as it seems to be getting fragile!We spent one day in Frankfort - beach, Storm Cloud Brewing. Spent one day going to Old Mission Lighthouse and then visiting several wineries on our way back down the peninsula and into Traverse City for dinner.Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The kids in our group (ages 10-14) loved having their own space downstairs, which the adults appreciated too. There are 3 bathrooms each with showers which was a huge plus. Everything was clean and well stocked with extra bedding/pillows, paper towels/garbage bags etc and even a cupboard full of games. No details left unturned! Oh and the owner was very responsive to any questions! Highly recommend this house!

Great property

Great property and easy access to the resort. Shuttle pickup was very easy and smooth and we also were able to walk or drive the 1/2 mile to the resort. Great place for two families to enjoy with plenty of places to sleep comfortably
