Great location. Quick walk to the metro and many great cafes. Great space. Two private bedrooms, two showers and AC in each and the main space at a great price. Inaccurate listing—does not have laundry. We chose this list based on this amenity since it was one of our stops on a multi country trip and we needed access to a washer and dryer.

No consistency with local support on the ground. Very difficult to reach anyone or even know who to reach. AC was out for 2 out of our 3 day stay which was miserable. Told one thing but very little follow through from CheckMyGuest staff. Key code and wifi password is not at all user friendly for tired travelers. Apartment is very small for 3 people. Bathrooms are the size you might find in an RV or boat. No guest information at all such as grocery stores which turns out everything is very close but takes some exploring as we were not given any referrals. Great neighborhood away from tourist, but noisy street. I would not rent again from Belvilla.

We traveled from Chicago to Paris for a girls trip. Everything looked great leading up to our stay and on the morning of check in we still had not received communication from the host despite having a booking confirmation. After reaching out multiple times to the host directly with no luck, we called VRBO and apparently the host “cancelled” our reservation without actually cancelling it. VRBO helped us find a new place to stay, this was a very stressful situation that was mishandled by the host. I would not recommend this place.
