Very nice property, which looks exactly as it does in their photos. Very clean, tidy and well kept. Just a few minutes walk to the metro station, which was very handy. Good, clear instructions, how to get to the property and to gain access. Kitchen suitably equipped, should you wish to cook any of your own food. Overall, a very nice place to relax and spend a few days in Athens. Quiet location with no street noise, so had a very comfortable sleep Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Here for one week. Property is 15-20 min walk to Syntagma Square /Government building. We found the neighborhood pretty quiet, even with the restaurant below. The property is large and well maintained. The instructions for entering the building were not very precise, no pictures (as the host said) were to be fund on the website. The access to the internet was also a problem for the first 2 days because we have received initial wrong information. After all was finally fixed, everything was fine, good internet connection and speed. In the end, we have enjoyed our stay in this place. We will recommend it to our friend. Definitely we will come again.

The place is just as it looks in the pictures. The positives: - Awesome location at the edge of Akadimias, very close to Omonoia Square, Exarchia, and a beautiful 15 minutes walk to downtown and Monastiraki.- Comfortable bed - Decent shower- Kitchen fully operational - William may take some time to reply, but he's always nice and takes care of things.What to be aware of:- The building has a strong humidity smell. - There's a weird smell coming from the toilet, it got much better when I bought a toilet bowl deodorizer.- The add says the studio includes a dryer--it does not, it includes a drying rack. - If you use the washing machine, set spin cycle (I think number 8-9) after the main washing cycle. In other words, the washing machine is not over when it stops -- remember to manually input spin cycle after first stop.
