Kids will love the covered water park where they can play, rain or shine, while mom and dad lounge in the heated pool or hot tub. Enjoy lunch, have a snack, or sip a drink at the poolside bar and grill. Or take a float down the lazy river together then let the kids play in the interactive water play pool. The older kids will enjoy the arcade and mini bowling alley. Then after dark head to the heated pool to watch a 'dive in' movie on the full size movie screen.*

After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your third-floor luxury condominium, soak in the garden tub or shower, and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam Jamison mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top Jamison mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have smart TV's. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening have a cup of coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Now you are ready to enjoy a day of water play, relaxing or shopping in the on site Alvins Island or in the new Pier Park just a short distance away. Nice condo. The room was located directly in front of elevator which we loved. Shower door in guest bath is hard to open and close and the pull out couch was broke so one side would fall down. But..other than that we really liked it.

Loved it!! Would definitely stay again. The owner was extremely nice and the room was as nice as I expected. I’m not downfall is the ice maker doesn’t work well and the dryer is super slow. Other than that it’s perfect

Beautiful and convenient

Balcony view was so beautiful and I love being on the 3rd or 4th floor. Right at the elevator and never had to wait long on the elevator. We had plenty of space and the condo was clean. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

The condo was very nice and clean and comfortable. The elevator was sketchy and it did go out once and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with all our beach stuff. Had some confusion with the code on the door but once figured out, it worked fine . Overall very nice.

Our host was great very quick to respond to all our questions Before and during stay everything we needed was there to enjoy the condo and beach chairs to enjoy on beach. Our great grandson loved the place had a blast!! Second year in a row we stayed at Splash.

Great Stay!

We had a great Spring break trip with our kiddos! The owners were prompt responding to questions. The condo was clean and everything that we needed was provided. The location was great, we could easily use the stairs considering the elevators are often busy.

Amazing family vacation!!

Splash was a very fun place for my 4 year old grandson, the water park was a blast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Our condo was clean and had everything that we needed to cook with, and all the bed linens and extra pliiows. The only downside of the place itself was when it came to checking in, there was so many checking in at the same time and the long wait at the elevators were terrible,other than that we had an amazing time.

We did have a problem with the sliding door but the owner had it taken care of in a timely manner. House keeping could do a better job of dusting and cleaning the floors. Both beds had great mattresses.

We love staying on floors where we can utilize the stairs. During peak times the wait for the elevator can be long. Condo had everything we needed for the stay. The condo is showing some signs of it's age but we just need a place to lay our heads at night.

Awesome stay!

Loved everything about our stay at Splash Resort and this condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the times the elevators were slow, we took the stairs. The lazy river and pools were great....heated and relaxing. We have no complaints. We'd definitely stay here again.
