We do not allow anyone to make a reservation on behalf of another person if they do not plan to be present for the entire stay.<br>- Music and noise are prohibited from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per local regulations.<br>- Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. A fee will be charged against the security deposit in the event of verified complaints from neighbors.<br>- All children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians and must always be supervised by an adult.<br>- Trash must be taken out during your stay to prevent odours and mess.<br>- The final cleaning does not include cleaning kitchenware. The owner or their representative will inform the guest of any damage or cleaning issues, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the security deposit, or an additional 250 EUR (two hundred fifty) will be charged for cleaning expenses.<br>- Smoking is not permitted inside the house; if you wish, you may smoke outside, making sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts.<br>- Wasteful or negligent use of resources—including electricity, water, and gas—may result in the security deposit not being returned in full.
