The spacious living room in the attic with an open kitchen, fireplace and windows to the south, west and north is actually vacation enough, whatever the weather. Behind the bedroom with its own south-facing balcony is a large bathroom, from the bathtub you can see the Mecklenburg sky. But the highlight is the large roof terrace facing west with a view of the Baltic Sea - spectacular sunsets over the Bay of Lübeck are guaranteed here!
Our quarter impresses with its outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high rooms, generously proportioned and some with winter gardens over two floors. There is a fireplace or stove in every apartment. All bedrooms are en suite and in selected apartments there is an indoor sauna in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has an extra guest toilet. There are parking spaces for vehicles and bicycle sheds to store bicycles on the site. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool for our guests, heated with solar and heat pump energy.
