Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear you found the apartment modern, well-equipped, and suitable for families with children. We appreciate your understanding regarding the minor issues with the couch and table. However, we sincerely apologize for the poor communication and the difficulties you experienced during check-in. We understand how frustrating the delay and lack of clear access information must have been, and we’re addressing this with the VRBO team to improve the process. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us enhance our service. We hope to welcome you back under better circumstances in the future. Kind regards, Team Bookinghost
