Wake up on the shores of the Mediterranean and enjoy a good cup of coffee in one of the most iconic buildings in Santa Pola, the most famous fishing village on the Costa Blanca.



Whether you come alone, with family, or with friends, you can enjoy our miles-long beaches, the coastal atmosphere, and the local cuisine. All while staying less than 10 metres from the beach.

You’ll stay on the seventh floor, which has been completely renovated and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean—where natural light will be the highlight of your stay.



The building has a concierge and is surrounded by everything you need for a pleasant stay: restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and more.



There will always be an agent available to assist you with whatever you need.



The house does NOT have air conditioning, and it is not possible to add a portable air conditioner. There are only fans.
