The building has a large open-air communal area consisting of a portico, garden and courtyard.

All the apartments have a personal bathroom with a window and a kitchen set up and equipped with a combined refrigerator, multifunctional microwave, extractor hood, 4-place induction hob and coffee pod machine.

There is also a communal laundry and ironing room on the ground floor, which can be used independently by guests every day from 08.00 to 21.00.

Cleaning of the flats, change of bed linen, and supply of kitchen and bath towels are provided on a weekly basis for stays of more than 7 nights.

L'appartamento è una casa nuova e moderna, come mostrato nelle foto. Abbiamo pensato a tutto ciò di cui gli ospiti potrebbero aver bisogno. Francesco è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha accolto molto bene e ci ha dato le informazioni necessarie sulla casa. Sempre disponibile e risponde rapidamente. Nelle vicinanze sono disponibili posti auto gratuiti (c'è un posto auto nel vicolo cieco accanto alla stazione di servizio, la strada proprio accanto alla struttura)
