The house is located on the first floor of the charming building complex, accessed via a historic Lecce stone staircase and has a large bright living room with a practical sofa bed, a fully functional fireplace in Lecce stone, a kitchenette furnished with everything you need, a comfortable bathroom with shower box, balcony furnished with table and chairs. The sleeping area with a comfortable double bed is located on a romantic wooden mezzanine. The residence offers its guests all the comforts such as air conditioning, TV, bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with dishes and pots, fridge, sofa bed. Ideal to comfortably accommodate 2 people in the sleeping area located on a mezzanine with the possibility of using another 2 beds on the sofa bed in the living room (size 190x110). The accommodation immerses the tourist in the Salento culture making him savor the taste of simple and genuine things. It is possible to park the car a few steps from the house in a quiet and private area.
