No enjoyable for kids if the pool is out of service or under repair, I had to change all my week plans and spend extra money going to the beach everyday due to this issue. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for one family but not recommended with parents with special kids because will have to pay extra attention 24/7, also they should have extra towels in each roon for a single family of two kids.

We absolutely loved our stay—it was such a pleasant spot! The view was gorgeous, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. If you like walking, La Zona Colonial is about 3.4 miles away; otherwise, Ubers get you everywhere easily. I’m originally from the Dominican Republic but live in the U.S., and I felt totally safe here. The area is full of life with people strolling around, and the building feels very secure with a front-desk guard and key fobs for all entrances and floors. A couple of tips: bring a surge protector for your devices, and you might want to pick up some hand soap and paper towels. I would’ve loved a bit more light in the bathrooms or lighted makeup mirror in one bathroom since the lighting is a bit dim at night. It got a little noisy on the weekend, but we slept in the back bedroom and it was nice and quiet. There aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms, which was a bummer for me since I need one to fall asleep. When we were there we spent our time on the balcony enjoying the view. Definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone.

This was a cool spot. Definitely in the mix of all the action, loud music till 12am and car/truck up and the down the avenue continuously. I'm from NYC it didn't bother me. This is not a quiet neighborhood, but you can drown out a lot of noise by keeping balcony window closed. The building itself was a little worn down, but the room was really nice and clean. ACs good and hot water pressure perfect. Food spots, bars liquor store and gas station steps away from the building. Convenient parking for smooth in and out access. I did not try the pool, so I don't know about that. In my opinion, I think this place is for groups that want to be near the Malecon and takes a long walk along it have a Presidente on the balcony listing to local music. I do not recommend small children
