What a great place. Absolutely loved the solitude, space, and views of Florence. Claudio welcomed us at check-in and shiwed us around. He has the place clean and maintained very well. Really appreciate him having coffee available which we took advantage of!Definitely recommend this place for large or small families

Our family of 7 absolutely loved this house. The view overlooking the Firenze valley is indescribable and can’t be captured in pictures. The house is very charming with tons of old world character, but also all the comforts of modern living. The only caution is the drive up from Lastra a Signa: if you’re driving a small car, it’s no problem. We had a van and the roads are very narrow. Claudio, the host, was always available to answer questions and give recommendations. Highly recommend this property.

Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.

An absolutely stunning place with one of the most incredible views of Florence and the Tuscany area. Claudio was the perfect host and the hospitality shown to us is what every VRBO host should strive for. Thanks for the great week Claudio!!
