The Villa beat our expectations!!! Well located! Views of the ocean from the verandas and the pool , rim flow is a added plus! Bedrooms spacious, stunning beds and linen and the bathrooms just perfect! Kitchen well equipped. We loved every minute of every day! We shall be back!!! A true gem

These houses are a dream - set in a perfect location near Kolios beach yet high enough up to have a gorgeous view down to the sea. We loved our house - a contemporary and spacious two bedroom house with comfortable beds, three bathrooms, 2 jacuzzi baths in the bedrooms and a generous number of chairs, sunloungers etc etc. A lovely swimming pool which was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. Gorgeous gardens and a perfect small lawn. The kitchen is small but is well equipped. I recommended a smaller saucepan for smaller quantities of cooking. There is a good little supermarket very close by for buying basics. Alexandros and Angeliki could not have been more helpful both before and during our stay. They both go way beyond being hosts and were kind enough to sort out a hire car (at a very good rate).

Excellent accommodation with a stunning view

The villa was beautiful with a stunning view. Facilities were excellent and clean. Alexandros and his family were brilliant and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the villa for a family with children. We spent most of our days round the pool having a lovely time. Would definitely visit again.

I want to start by saying they were accommodating and went over and beyond from the reservation all the way past our check out. Upon reservation they helped with our quad rentals and answering any questions we had. They helped with reservations at local restaurants and clubs. We wanted to host a BBQ and they handled all the details so all we had to do is look like the best hosts to all our friends. The villas were very clean with all the amenities possible. They even came through and did an extra cleaning with fresh towels. We would highly recommend and do plan on staying again in the future.

The best villa on Skiathos Island

It is the best villa on Skiathos Island Classic style , very luxury with outstanding sea view!!! Every bedroom is huge and has comfortable king size bed with cocomat mattress, a whirlpool bath and private bathroom !! Also has a balcony with sea view! The lounge area is fantastic with a full equipment kitchen, a sofa bed, satellite tv and another bathroom!! Pool area is awesome, with a private pool and and outstanding sea view of sandy kolios beach!! Alexandros and his wife Aggeliki are great hosts! Make us to feel villa like our home! We definitely come back!!

WUNDERSCHÖNES HAUS in wundervoller Landschaft

Wir verbrachten vom 22.06-29-06-2018 eine wunderbare Woche in diesem einmaligen Ferienhaus.Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Aussicht umwerfend. Es war von Anfang an Alles perfekt.Wir haben uns sehr über die ersten Lebensmittel gefreut.Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies.Die Betten sind sehr bequem und Pool und Terrasse sind ein Traum. Alexandros hat uns alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt und war jederzeit ein super Ansprechpartner. Die Strände sind ebenfalls wunderbar und gut erreichbar. Wir haben sehr schöne Ausflüge auf der Insel unternommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Vielen herzlichen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

A luxurious and beautiful place to stay - definitely home from home

This villa, together with its new sister villa next door, is located beautifully in the Kolios area of Skiathos - central and accessible - but far enough away to be totally private. Both villas are furnished to a high standard and very well maintained. This is the third year that we have stayed at King Size Villas and we have already booked both villas for next year! On our first year, my husband and I booked the villa for ourselves for our wedding and we fell in love with it then. We love staying here because of the luxury, the privacy and the overall feeling of being looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for Alex and Aggeliki. Roll on September 2018!

luxury accommodation in Skiathos, perfect villa!!!

For sure the best villa that I have ever stay!! Luxury with outstanding sea view!!! Villa has 3 levels, upstairs has two Master Bedrooms at different level, with comfortable king size beds (with cocomat mattress) and a whirlpool bath at each bedroom !! Also has a bathroom in each room and a balcony with amazing sea view! Downstairs There is a lounge area with a full equipment kitchen, a sofa ( becomes in a double bed), tv, home cinema and other lot of things who makes your stay comfortable! Out of the front doors of the lounge area there is the pool side with a private pool and and outstanding sea view of sandy kolios beach!! Also there is a small laundry room with a wash and dry machine available! We definitely return one day!!

Luxury accomodation, stunning views......

I was lucky to visit the villa last year as my friends were staying there for their wedding celebrations...Wedding HQ!! Everything is perfect, stylish and so spacious...the grounds are stunning, as it the infinity pool. So this year, to celebrate the newly weds first anniversary, my friend and i joined them in the second week of their holiday, and stayed at the villa. What is great is that there was enough space for us all to enjoy our own time...BBQs, pool parties, and quiet relaxing times. The location is great, and the lovely owners and support staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough...one week was not enough...so guess what...we've booked to go back for 2 weeks next year!!!

Incredible villa with amazing sea view

We stayed at Villa Jasmine for 2 weeks this Summer with two small children and had an amazing time. We have been to Skiathos several times previously and couldn't imagine that this level of luxury could be found on the island. It really is a 5* property with a superb location. There is a small shop down the road which makes it easy to pop out for supplies during a lazy day around the pool. Infinity Blue is a great local restaurant and within easy walk of the villa. The pool is fantastic and much larger than it appears in the pictures, the fact that it is an infinity pool with a view of the sea made it very special. It was also safe for children even with lots of jumping in! The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated - we used the Jacuzzi bath pretty much every day!! The kitchen is the perfect size and has everything you would expect and the showers rooms (3!!) were perfect when you get back from the beach. We love Skiathos and now we have stayed at Villa Jasmine I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thanks to Alex and family for a great time, we'll be in touch to book again for 2017! A lovely villa, beautifully kept and in a great position.

We only had one problem with our time at Villa Jasmine and this was simply that our week disappeared far too quickly! It is in a great position with beaches, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, however, the pool area is so relaxing that you do not want to leave the villa! Skiathos is an island for everyone with safe beaches for little ones, trendy cafes, bars and sun downers for teens, singles and the young at heart, quiet bays and laid back taverna's and restaurants for those young at heart but a little older everywhere else! I would recommend hiring a car to get to the smaller bays and the Panorama Taverna in the hills near the monastery, which is well worth a visit. (Alex arranged a car for us and it was waiting at the airport as we arrived). Villa Jasmine is kept immaculately clean and tidy and the garden is tended every day. Some may feel that this is intrusive when you are in the garden and pool area, but personally, it wasn't a problem. If you like to play your own music it is also worth packing a mobile speaker. There were a few quirks - as in having to open the fridge door to open the dishwasher door and the absence of mirrors - but these are such minor quibbles that they are hardly worth mentioning. All in all, we had a fantastic week and Alex could not be a better host. I would recommend Villa Jasmine to everyone. You cannot fail to enjoy it.

Breathtaking and stunning property

We have just come home following a weeks stay with another couple and I can truly say that none of us were ready to leave. The villa, the rooms, the infinity pool and the view are just about the best I have ever had the luck to enjoy and I've stayed in a good few villas over the years. The bedrooms are equally nice with whirlpool baths which we didn't use but preferred the showers. The bathroom floors do get wet after showering but it soon drains away again. The beds were really comfortable with good quality linen and towels. The owners will clean more or less every other day, but if you prefer more privacy then let them know. The kitchen is big enough and has a dishwasher, coffee machine and big fridge freezer and some supplies will be provided. There is a washroom with a washing machine, drier and beach towels are provided so you don't need to take those. Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas , dining area with table and chairs and a bbq. Plus a comfy relaxing area on the decking. The pool man will pop in every day but he just gets in with it and doesn't disturb you. There is a steep incline and I would recommend a car but the is a small supermarket very near for fresh bread and spinach and cheese pies, plus Infinity Blue is a restaurant within a 5 minute walk and the food there is lovely. Try the orange pie and salmon and lamb chops!!! So we can't wait to come back and Skiathos is now a firm favourite with us all but this villa is well worth every penny and Alexandros and his family are very obliging and genuinely just want you to enjoy your stay. Fantastisch! Alexandros hat sich um alles gekümmert, auch um den Mietwagen. Die Villa war in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren mehr als korrekt. Angekommen in der Villa war sogar eine großzügige Erstversorgung (Trinken, Obst, Snack...) vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Super-Woche! Wir kommen wieder!

Jon and Fiona's Wedding and Honeymoon 2015

Alex, file moo The villa was the most perfect accommodation for our honeymoon and for our wedding celebrations. We stayed at the villa for two weeks and it was the best two weeks of our lives. All of our needs were provided for throughout our stay, the pool guy came every day and the cleaner every other day to thoroughly clean the villa and change all of the linen and towels. Fantastic service...! The accommodation was luxurious and more than comfortable. There was a spa bath for each bedroom as well as three shower rooms. The infinity pool was amazing...!!! The BBQ area and lawns were unsurpassed... If anyone wants 5* luxury, and privacy, without noise and with amazing views, you just cannot beat this villa....!!! For a couple that wants some quality, private time together or a a group of 4-6 people who want to party...do not look anywhere else... Showers, dishwasher, big fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, safes in each room, air conditioning, widescreen TV, 5.1 sound system and all the other home comforts that you could ever want... this is where you want to be...!!! Some of our wedding guests stayed at the Cassandra Bay and Skiathos Princess and The Piscine Art and all said that they wished they knew about VILLA JASMINE. Not only Fiona and I, but some of our guests, will be booking again for 2016... A real honeymoon retreat... a real private retreat... a real luxurious retreat... If there was a facility to make this villa 6*, we would make it so... Ultimately. we have been to the island numerous times and because of the quality of the villa and the hospitality and service that the owner, our friend Alex, provides, we cannot recommend this villa highly enough. in summary, book it...or be disappointed... Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful & amazing!

Everything was spot on, from being collected at the airport to the little personal touches in the Villa that made it so very special & enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for Alex and his wife Angela. They really looked after us. I was there with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter and the villa is so spacious that we had loads of space and lovely little areas to sit if you wanted some peace and quiet. Lovely infinity pool and , oh yes, I nearly forgot! Jacuzzi's in both bedrooms 😀 Stunning views over the bay of Kolios & lots of family tavernas close by so we didn't have to venture far. I can definitely recommend this Villa. You won't be disappointed Many thanks to all who looked after us and we hope to be back in the future. Jan & family

Villa Jasmine

I would just like to convey our thanks for the lovely stay at Villa Jasmine. We were met at the airport without having to wait, our bags were taken for us and the hire car was ready to be used straight away. On arrival at the villa we knew we had made the right choice. The property is set in lovely surrounding with a beautiful view. The outside area with more than ample comfortable garden furniture was lovely day and night. The pool was the icing on the cake and was used extensively. The inside was perfect the bedrooms very well presented with comfortable beds and pillows. The villa all in all was the best we have stayed in and we have been with many villa companies over the years. Thank you to Alex and is family for looking after us and we will be back next year.

exquisite villa

Now that we are back home, we would like to take a minute to give you our feedback. Your rental villa in Skiathos is absolutely marvellous! Not only is it very beautiful but also very functional. The floorplan is very well thought over and we loved to have so many windows allowing for lots of light coming in while the mosquitoscreens everywhere kept the insects out. The kitchen is well equipped, the welcome pack is a nice thought and so was the bottle of wine and the sixpack of beer. The view was very nice and the location could not have been better. Excellent beds, mattresses and pillows! You have also thought about extra’s that you usually only find in hotels such as a hairdryer, toiletries, etc. The cleaning was very thoroughly done as well! Really, you deserve our sincerest congratulations! If we may, we also have 1 suggestion for improvement so as to allow future guests to enjoy the villa in greater privacy. While we really appreciated the daily pool and garden work done by uncle and the gardener, we would suggest they come earlier in the morning. Ideally your guests should have the place for themselves by 8 or 8.30 AM. The garden, pool and terraces are ideal for long and relaxing breakfasts or morning swims, but we lacked a bit the privacy to enjoy them. Equally, the cleaning lady should not arrive before 11 AM. We understand uncle and the cleaner drive together and therefore arrive at the same time, but it gave us the feeling we had to hurry out. Nevertheless, by far the best villa we ever stayed at. Best of wishes for all your future projects and give our best regards to your sister and uncle!

We were picked up from the airport by the owner’s uncles and sister and driven to the apartment, takes approx 15 / 20 mins. From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the right villa to stay on the Island of Skiathos. The villa is of an extremely high standard, well maintained and kitted out. We stayed for one week and the villa was cleaned from top to bottom twice and visited every day by the uncles to ensure we were okay and there were no problems. The pool is small but perfect for the size of villa. You could not ask for a better start to the day than eating your croissant on the sun lounger by the pool overlooking the superb view down to the sea. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. A couple of points, although it is advertised as a 6 person apartment there are only two bedrooms with the remaining 2 people on put-me-ups in the lounge. Although probably not a problem for most, just bear in mind that the lounge and kitchen are combined so those having to sleep in lounge you may be disturbed by the early breakfast folks. The second point to bear in mind is that the access up to the villa, although short, is quite a steep driveway. (For the sad ones amongst us it’s 1:6) While you are there you must go to "Green Park" It's a super little restaurant, excellent food and good value. To get there, go down to the main road from the villa, turn right, maybe 400m then turn right past “Jimmy’s” then another 200m. It’s well worth the walk.
