There is water damage on the ceiling, paint is dirty and peeling off the wall in spots, door handles are loose and about to fall off, master bathroom door does not shut, shower heads are dirty, towels are like sandpaper, furniture on deck old and not as shown in photos, we lost all power to the apartment multiple times if we left the dishwasher running, worst of all there were little ants in the bedrooms and on kitchen counters and we found cockroaches in living room and bathrooms on multiple days. Belvilla was unresponsive at the best of times and only cared about getting our money and did not care if their guests had a good experience. This property needs extermination and a full renovation.
