Beautiful 3-story house, indoor parking for one vehicle.
Third floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each bedroom with access to the terrace overlooking the sea,
Second floor: you will find 1 bedroom with full bathroom with exit to a garden, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, laundry area, large terrace overlooking the sea, full bathroom with access to the pool and main garden.
Second floor is 1 bedroom with full bathroom, surrounded by nature.

The house has Internet and cable.
Sleeps up to 10 people, has 4 queen beds and 1 king.
TV in the living room and master bedroom.
Distance from the main road (route 34) 6 kilometers and in time 18minutes (approximate data).
500meters distance to the entrance to Playa Blanca (no access to showers or parking).
The house is usually visited by some animals such as raccoons, monkeys, coatis, please DO NOT leave the doors/windows open.

*The unit is a smoke free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
*No visitors are allowed. Only people who are registered at the time of check in will be allowed to enter.
*Pets are not allowed.

We offer private transportation service within the country, assistance to rent a car, we can do your grocery shopping before your arrival, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you. We can also organize your tours.

It is forbidden to drink liquor and smoke in the common areas of the project.
It is forbidden to carry out acts that disturb the tranquility of the other owners.
Please respect the hours of silence from 10pm to 8am.
Do not park vehicles in the streets of the condominium marked with yellow color.
DISREGARDING THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE IMPOSED BY THE PROJECT.

-Please be sure to leave all windows and doors closed, air conditioners and fans off when leaving.
-Please do not deposit: tampons, sanitary napkins, toilet paper or other products in the toilet, please use the trash can.
-Please do not wash white clothes/clothing with colored clothes/clothing.
Please do not lie on the beds with sunscreens, suntan lotions, creams or make-up, to avoid staining.
