Check in was easy and straightforward. The kitchen facilities are amazing. This villa has a main kitchen, covered kitchen down stairs next to the pool and an additional area for BBQ. We didn’t use the BBQ because there is a gas hob and griddle in the downstairs kitchen. We used the oven in the indoor kitchen. 1 fridge down stairs next to the pool area and one upstairs in the main kitchen. Sea view is amazing from the pool area and top balcony. A large covered area has sea views from all windows. All bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen/living room area is large with football table but gets very warm if you use the oven. Curtain must be kept closed. There are 4 toilets, 3 showers and 1 bath. All w/cs are new and fitted to a very high standard. Outdoor toilet and separate shower next to the pool a very welcome additional. Top tip we unloaded all the food shopping directly in the downstairs kitchen which can be accessed from doors in this double aspect area. Washer and clothes dryer was great there is a foldable airer for drying clothes. Loads of linen was provided. Tea towels, bedding and towels. Next to the pool is a covered nya with dartboard which we used to laz away the days. 8 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and outdoor tables. This is a beautiful villa you will need a car as the area is uphill and very residential. We drove to the shops and to Moraira. One of us walked one morning and it was 40 minutes to sea. Everything’s provided glassware etc.
