Three flexible bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room, plus two additional bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as twins or doubles. Second bathroom with shower over bath.



Bright open living area with TV lounge and mountain views, plus a second cosy sitting area centred around an ecological ethanol fireplace. Fully equipped modern kitchen with large dining table for shared meals. Two sunny balconies offering stunning panoramic alpine views. Washing machine and dryer included.



THE COMPLEX

Modern residence completed in 2025 with underground parking included. Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness room in the building (open 15 December – 30 April and 15 June – 15 September). High-quality furnishings and eco-responsible design throughout.

Amazing View & apartment

Amazing view and apartment. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great transport links, the bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. Pool and spa facilities were really good too. Paige was extremely helpful and responsive. Response times to queries were very fast. I Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment with open views up the Chamonix valley from the 5th floor. The apartment is well equipped and spacious, and is a short walk to both the Bellevue & Prarion lifts that give you access to Les Houches and the bus stop to explore the wider Chamonix ski area. There is a good parking facility in the basement & the complex has a fantastic pool, sauna and jacuzzi for residents use. The hosts are very responsive and helped address a couple of queries we had at the start of our stay very quickly. Very clear instructions and very responsive to clarify any questions. Highly recommend this place if visiting the area.
