About this property

Game Area Haven with Hot Tub!

This is the ultimate group house with plenty of space, beds, one level home and things to do. Enjoy the indoor game room/bar or chill outside in the hot tub and relax by one of the 2 fire pits. Indoor/Outdoor game space. For all you bachelorettes, there's a dressing room just for you! This home is Nashville themed inside and out! Private yard, fully fenced and only 6 miles downtown! Sleeps 12 comfortably!

The yard is now fenced and ready for your pets! Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay. Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

ATTENTION: The driveway here is in a tricky spot. It is located on a blind curve and the odd and even addresses also switch sides of the road in this area. Watch your GPS closely! There is a red reflector by the mailbox.

Only enter and exit through the back door. Make sure doors are locked when you leave the house. Only use the keypad to lock the back door.

We are available at all times via text, email, or phone.

Plenty of parking! Uber and Lyft available only 6 miles to Broadway!

House amenities include all linens, bathroom necessities, kitchen essentials, Keurig and coffee, wireless printer and desk, and washer and dryer.

ATTENTION: There is a security camera located on the outside corner of the carport that covers the driveway out to the main road.

Please respect the neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum especially at night when outside. The city noise curfew is 10pm
Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis and are assessed a $100 fee per pet. Pets are not permitted on furniture.

We loved the place, the covered outside game room was great. Our grandkids came to visit and had a blast playing shuffleboard ping-pong foosball and cornhole. Also, the fire pit out back was perfect for everyone to make somores and enjoy the nice evenings.

An amazing stay

The property was just perfect. My family and i were visiting for a family vacation/ 21st Birthday. Our 14yr old loved the games and eveeyone love the karaoke machine. It was great being so close to down town and being able to uber back after a night of drinking. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay with plenty of space to spread out. Large families would be very much entertained with all the activities available at the house.Taking a Lyft ride to downtown was so much easier and less expensive than driving there. Nashville is very proud of their parking spaces.

This home was amazing. Convenient location! They had everything you needed and more! We loved the hot tub, had fun with karaoke, corn hole and fire pit! This house is exactly what you need for family fun! The beds were comfortable and clean. 10/10 recommend!

Fun and relaxing place to kick back

Enjoyed the hot tub and shuffle board with friends after a long day of working at the NWTF convention all weekend. Will definitely rent again. Could use another shower curtain though … current one stained making it look nasty. But the home was very clean and met all of our needs.

The house has several fun amenities, such as shuffleboard, darts, and a hot tub. That said, if you're traveling with dogs or children, it's important to note that the yard is NOT fenced in and leads to a bustling street on a blind corner. We would not book here again based on this safety concern and the challenges of getting in and out of the driveway.

The yard is not fenced and we do not advertise it as so. This guest was trying to get a full refund from the time they checked in. When VRBO declined, they threatened to leave the bad review which they clearly have. Everything about this property is advertised accurately.

Nice Vacation

We came to Nashville for a vaca & spend time with my daughter who just moved there. Property was as advertised. I chose this particular property because of the amenities/activities & the yard. I thought the yard was fenced in for my dogs but it was not. That was my fault for not making sure it was or wasn’t. House was clean & well maintained. One downside was no where to put our clothes. Yes there were closets but only 1 didn't have supplies/water heater in it. Definitely needs some drawers to put clothes in instead of living out of the suitcase. Beds were surprisingly comfortable too. The hall bathroom needs a new shower head. Water was coming out of everywhere. Management was very responsive to inquiries/messages. Overall we had a very nice stay.
