Villa Tameslohte: 3.5 ha facing the Atlas, swimming pool, tennis, staff included

Villa Tameslohte — a 3.5-hectare private estate facing the Atlas Mountains, 15 km south of Marrakech.

A botanical and fruit garden planted with olive trees, palm trees, bougainvillea and fruit trees surrounds a villa of refined Moroccan architecture, built in 2008. The 20 × 7 meter swimming pool looks straight towards the Atlas Mountains. The tennis court is approved to international standards. And a team of four people lives on-site to take care of you — included in the price.

The house
Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, of very high standing: four in double beds, two in twin beds. A reception area of more than 100 m² opening onto two patios, with a large table that brings everyone together in the same place. Numerous terraces, including one on the roof, where you can have breakfast and watch the sun go down on the mountain. A pool house borders the swimming pool.
Two independent Moroccan bungalows, under their traditional tent roofs, complete the set: four beds each, private bathroom and air conditioning. The bunk beds of one of them are a delight for children. The property can accommodate up to 20 people.

The service, included in the price
Four people live on the property and take care of your stay: a cook, two maids and a caretaker.
The cook is at your disposal. You compose with her the menus you want to have at home, up to 20 guests. Only the groceries are your responsibility — and the team can do them before you arrive, so the house is ready when you push the gate.
This is what sets the villa apart the most: you don't have to cook, tidy up, or organize. You choose, we do.

The garden, the swimming pool, sports:
3.5 hectares of olive trees, palm trees, bougainvillea and fruit trees. A 20 × 7 metre swimming pool, unheated, facing the Atlas, and a second pool of 5 × 5 metres. A tennis court of international standards, lit for evening play, a ping-pong table, a basketball court. For those who want to stick to their routine, sports equipment is available: weights, elliptical trainer and exercise bike.

Entertaining at the villa:
Weddings, birthdays, seminars: the villa welcomes your receptions. A pergola equipped with a summer kitchen and a traditional bread oven opens onto the lawn, the large reception room extends the evening inside, and the team is already on site. The Tameslohte souk, the real one, the one where the inhabitants of the region do their shopping, is held every Friday 5 minutes away.
A masseuse comes to the villa by reservation the day before: massages, manicures, pedicures. We put you in touch after your booking, as well as with the driver we work with for your transfers and excursions.

Good to know before booking:
We are in the countryside. Marrakech is 25 minutes away, as is the airport: a car or a driver is essential. We work with a trusted rental company that organizes transfers and provides a driver — we give you their contact details as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Wifi covers the reception rooms of the villa. It is not available in the rooms or bungalows.

The villa and bungalows are equipped with heating and air conditioning: the house can be visited in both January and April. The swimming pool is not heated.

Children are welcome. We do not accept pets.
