House rules do not allow for parties, smoking, or any pets.
Carvajal Beach is at your doorstep, with easy access to some of Spain’s best fish restaurants. The bus station is just outside the building, and the train station—taking you to all major cities, including Málaga—is only a 5-minute walk away. Underground parking is available, and a free child seat is provided.

For additional leisure options, the Higueron Resort is a short drive away, offering activities like volleyball, tennis, padel, an indoor pool, a spa, bars, and restaurants. The Higueron Beach Club is just a short walk from the apartment. Please note, resort activities are separate and require an additional cost.

A €250 security deposit is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded immediately after check-out, provided everything is in good condition and no damages are found.
