We stayed for 4 nights, two of which without water between 11:00pm to 6:00am. They did not inform us the first night. We were not able to take a shower after the hot day. They charged late arrival fee and city tax I requested a complete receipt. They said I would receive one within 15 days of checkout. I still have not received one after almost 20 days. Contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp and Vrbo. No reply!
