Located on the fourth and last floor of a typical Florentine historic building, without elevator, the apartment of about 50 m² consists of a large living area with equipped kitchenette and dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00; for arrivals after 20:00, there is a supplement. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning: in Italy, regulations provide for a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C (with tolerance).
