Location is very convenient! Host was very responsive and even let us get a late check out for an additional small fee which was very convenient for us since we had a very late flight out. Please note parking is 45 per day on the property and property management is very strict with this.

The paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. While we had a pan and hot plate there were no utensils to cook with and even one of the two coffee cup were chipped. The location was central and the bed slept fine. The host did reply the following day when we asked about getting coffee advising us to utilize the ABC store.

Highly recommend this spot...The only thing that sucks is the parking.because it's a part of a hotel, the people that stay at the hotel have priority.we stayed 4 nights and had to park 4 blocks away and pay 45 bucks a night...

Comfortable fit for 3 people, situated near the ala wai. Close to everything without being on the main strip, which can be pretty noisy at night. Overall, great stay!

It’s a good location.

This studio is in Waikiki and is walking distance to everything in the neighborhood. Eating, shopping, and the beach. Parking was $40 per day

Great location - easy walk to downtown Waikiki & beaches and near public transport. Only minus: fold-out couch bed is not comfortable at all. Main bed was great. Well-suited for two people, but not three or four.

Great little getaway.

Check in was simple, the room is spacious and clean and although small, the kitchenette had everything we needed to cook a simple meal. The only issue, to no fault of the property owner was one particular staff member at the desk was extremely rude, but thankfully didnt have to deal with her but once. Overall, worth every penny and thank you to our host.

It was fun, clean & comfortable lodging. The hotel people were polite & helpful. The instructions for the door & locks very easy to follow. We hope to return. Two suggestions, replace the old ironing board & fix the shower that runs hot & cold waterl on while showering!!

Great location at Waikiki Area

The room was advertised as "3 people occupancy" The other person sleeps on the sofa bed. I would say the room is ideal for two persons. The check out time was 11.AM and our flight is at 11 PM.I wish our luggages can be accomodated to be stored in the property instead of us going by cab to the main office (closes at 6 PM) to store it there.

From first glances the place seems clean. I did notice a lollipop behind the futon. I decided to leave that there. The restroom sliding door didn’t have a lock. I had a great trip and I didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep so no big deal.

Needs help

The kitchen and accessories are the minimum. The shelf under the tiny fridge is rotten. The bathroom is useable but needs a complete remodel and deep clean. The floor grout is very dirty. Paint job was terrible. I’ve stayed at a few similarly priced places in Waikiki and I understand you pay for what you get but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Watch out.

First off, add $40 a night for parking, that’s a fun surprise! Also we wanted to do laundry because they have a laundromat there, but we were told by the person at the front desk that we need to contact the property manager to get a key. We did, and they never got back with us. Add the creepy mirror that could be a two way mirror at the head of the bed. Made it a horrible stay.

Location and price make this a winner

I found this condo last minute 2 months before we were to leave for our vacation. Our initial booking was canceled because the owner of the condo in diamond Head chose to sell his short-term rental. The studio is very basic and you need to treat this like a hotel room. I would normally expect to see a few left over shampoos, sunscreen, toiletry items from previous renters that make it a little easier for us but the place was just like a hotel room with just the basics that you would get from a hotel. If you have that in mind before you book then you will be happy. The location is probably the best feature. You are less than 5 minute walk from the Waikiki Beach. The Waikiki market and international marketplace are just one block down the street on your way to the beach and will provide you with everything you need. The best part was that parking along the canal which the condo building is located near is free. If you're lucky enough to get one then you can save yourself a huge amount of money in parking your rental car. I only had to pay for 2 hours of parking during the two three hour periods from 8:30 to 11:30 on Mondays and Fridays that the canal does not allow parking in order to do maintenance. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if you're on a budget and want to enjoy the Waikiki Beach area.

Great location

I stayed here with my family of 2 teenage boys. We cooked bfast the entire stay (5 days). The kitchen is too small to cook. There is no table to eat. But we made it work. We used the chairs in the balcony. The location was great. It's walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We parked 4 blocks away at Waikiki Banyan ($30/day). Mark was easy to communicate with. He replies right away. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the customer service at the reception was so bad. As a courtesy, we wanted to check in with the reception and just tell them we're staying at the place. But they were soooo rude, esp Vinh. He would smirk and roll his eyes on us. He made sure that we were not his priority. We inquired about parking and he said that his priority is the owner not the renter. All he needed to say was there was no available parking. He did not have to be rude. Overall, our stay was great. Just ignore the people at the reception area. DO NOT APPROACH them at any time because they will not help.
