A clean and good-sized apartment, well located for cafes and easy journeys into central Birmingham. We stayed with two children and four adults, but would be better suited for 5 people maximum - there was not enough crockery/cutlery for all of us! Mattresses in urgent need of upgrading. Host was helpful and communicative, heating was toasty and tv worked though lacked good signal on some channels/didn't have many apps. Great wifi. Clothes rail in second bedroom also in desparate need of replacement.
