The pool area is fully fenced for safety and privacy, and an outdoor shower is available for guests' convenience. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring a clean and well-kept environment at all times. Guests are kindly required to wear bathing caps when using the pool. The access road leading to the residence extends approximately 100 metres and is a narrow motor route, providing a sense of seclusion within this tranquil residential setting.

"Vigna Luisa" accommodates guests across its 15 apartments spread over 3 floors, offering a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere. Linen changes are available upon request and are subject to a supplementary charge, as is the case with towel changes. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and guests are therefore expected to observe quietness and maintain good behaviour throughout their stay. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. A car is recommended for guests wishing to explore the wider region comfortably. Please be aware that there is a construction site located directly below the residence, and a new building comprising several apartments is expected to be completed by September 2025.

"Terrazza" is a thoughtfully designed 3-room apartment of 56 m2, situated on the 1st floor and configured to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features an open living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is a double room that also opens onto the terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor connection. The second room is equipped with 1 bunk bed for 2, likewise with access to the terrace, making it a versatile space for additional guests. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, featuring an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. All 3 rooms benefit from direct terrace access, and the apartment enjoys a side view of the surrounding countryside.
