In Puglia, in the heart of the Gargano region, in Mattinata, a beautiful, finely renovated historic 19th-century home. The house is spread over several levels and features an open-concept layout, organised as follows: ground floor with kitchen and dining area, living room with a double sofa bed, and bathroom; mezzanine with a double bedroom; lower level with two bedrooms and a bathroom. It can accommodate 8 people. It is ideal for a family or close-knit groups.The home is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a TV, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner stove, a small electric oven, and a refrigerator. Up to two cots can be added for an additional cost of €10 per night per crib.Guests will have access to the entire apartment and to the small terrace overlooking the sea and the Gargano, where they can enjoy relaxing moments or sip an aperitif as the sun tramonta.Al pon your arrival, if you’d like, we can provide recommendations on local bars, restaurants, and excursions in the area.You can park your car very close to the “alloggio.La ” The house is 2–3 km from the beach, depending on which beach you choose, and the town centre is within walking distance.You can quickly reach the harbour for a stroll or to rent a boat and take a tour of the bays along the coastline connecting Mattinata to Vieste.Other things to keep in mind: Starting in 2019, the municipality of Mattinata introduced a tourist tax that also applies to guests staying in holiday rentals. The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 14 days and must be paid upon arrival. Children under 10 are exempt.
