Aloha Spacious Villa w/ AC & Garden, Walk to Beach

Five minutes on foot from Poipu Beach, our 1550-square-foot, fully air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is situated on the ground floor amid verdant tropical landscaping. Savor a private lanai with a private barbecue and outdoor dining in addition to large TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, a master bathroom with a spacious deep tub, and a full kitchen.

Our property management is available if and when needed.

We’re perfectly situated in the heart of Poipu Beach, a vibrant resort area with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops all within a one-mile radius. Poipu Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the U.S., offers something for everyone — from snorkeling and boogie boarding to beginner and intermediate surfing.

You have exclusive use of the entire unit. In addition, a private lanai (patio) and barbecue apparatus are provided for your use. Feel at liberty to explore the verdant premises of the estate. Please feel free to utilize our office located at the rear of the building, which is equipped with a dedicated computer and printer, if you prefer a secluded area to work in peace.

The Aloha unit is located on ground facing the front garden on a quiet street. It was renovated in 2017 and has granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances, berber carpeting, hardwood floors, solid core interior doors, baseboards and crown molding.

The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details.

It is best to rent a car. You can park in the parking spots available at the house.

This place is fabulous. We had a real great time. Location was awesome, walking distance to Poipu Beach and centered from both ends of Kauai. Very close to farmers markets, local restaurants and shopping. This House / Condo was very clean, Quite, Comfortable, Smell free, very specious and very well ground up-keep area of the Poipu. Poipu is best place in Kauai to stay because of nice weather. Stay here, I am sure you will love it.

Thank you for your stay and your feedback, Donald. We do try to price the place appropriately, compared with going rates. The Sheraton and Hyatt nearby are averaging $600 and $780 respectively. The ice maker has been unfrozen and works fine now. The bathroom windows are louvered as common on the islands. There will always be a gap between the louvers.

Great location

The property is located very close to the beach. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are stand alone AC units in each room. One quirk about this location is in the master bedroom, there is a screen that doesn't have a window pane. There are wooden panels that close on the outside of the screen, but these allow plenty of noise to come in. Overall my family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

Short walk to ocean which is amazing. Only problems were ice didn’t work in frig and tv didn’t work in bedroom but otherwise it was a great place. Laundry room was great.

Stayed here for over a month while on work travel. Amazing location in poipu. So close to the beach and nightlife. Tons of space in the unit. Air condition ran as needed. The laundry room had multiple washers/dryers. Never had to wait. Overall very happy with stay.

Truly a home away from home.

Long story short, flight delays, awake for 24 hours, totally exhausted and we finally arrive at the cottage. Lights were on, a welcome greeting envelope waiting at the front door. We open the door and it was like a big mama hug welcoming us home. It was beautiful. Light and airy, warm and cozy. You immediately feel like sitting back and propping up your feet. We felt that way every time we walked into the cottage. The large full kitchen had everything we needed plus some stuff that I now want to stock in my own kitchen. The huge living room was perfectly organized for family gatherings, watching tv or just resting from all of the activities within walking distance. Bedrooms and bathrooms served us very well. Plenty of hot water took care of showers and cool a/c that invited sound sleep. The grounds surrounding the building were very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful plants and flowers completely surround you as you stroll along the path that circles the building. Morning coffee on the deck outside was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Off the street parking spots give you serenity so you never worry about that rental car. On our next visit to beautiful Kauai, we are going to insist on this very cottage. It was absolutely perfect.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The location of the unit is one of the best areas, and we loved going to the Poipu Athletic Club for a swim! Everything in the area is close enough to walk to! Our only issue was that being downstairs we heard most every noise from the unit above us. I downloaded a free sounds app on my phone so I was able to sleep through most of it. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is wonderful, and made sleeping much nicer! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and although we didn’t really cook while we were here, it’s a well organized space! Overall we were happy with our rental and would stay here again. I would love to bring the rest of the family and rent both levels!

A great condo on Poipu! Close to beach.

This condo was perfect for our family of three. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we all had our own space to stretch out. The living room is enormous, the kitchen well stocked, and the deck has a large dining table and grill. We really enjoyed our stay!
