A staircase to the right leads up to a spacious, light-filled loft with skylights, ideal for additional sleeping space. Further down the hallway is a second bedroom with two single beds. The heart of the cottage features a stylish kitchen/dining area and a cozy living room, complete with a wood-burning stove. Large windows provide natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room opens up to a beautiful screened terrace and garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors in complete privacy. The property is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Rødhus is known for its natural beauty and is close to many attractions, including Rødhus Beach, perfect for a day by the sea, and the stunning nature reserves and hiking trails nearby. The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area’s picturesque landscapes, offering a peaceful getaway with modern comforts. Be sure to order any linen packages when booking to avoid additional administration fees.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
