Newly built luxury holiday home, Sensommervej 4 This holiday home was newly built in 2023 and can accommodate up to 8 people on its approx. 133 square meters. The house is bright and stylish and is equipped with modern facilities. The plot is approx. 636 square meters, and the newly built neighborhood exudes a holiday atmosphere and beautiful holiday homes. The beach is approx. 500 meters away, and you can drive, cycle or walk there. Either via the beautiful path systems in the dunes or via a regular paved road. The city center and shopping facilities are approx. one kilometer away. Outdoor areas:Here you will find plenty of terrace space for sunbathing and the like. There is also a lovely outdoor shower that makes all the difference in the summer. There is room for just as many guests as inside the house and plenty of opportunity to find a place in the sun when summer is at its most beautiful. It is within walking distance of the water and the town, and within a short kilometer there is a fitness center, paddle tennis, indoor swimming pool, beautiful nature and much more! Bed layout:1: Double bed 160 cm.2: Double bed 160 cm.3: Double bed 160 cm.4: 2 single beds 80 cm. The cabin is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order any bed linen packages when booking. Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK. • Check-in is from Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited. • Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
