This stunning property is located in one of the best locations in Sonoma. You are minutes from the Sonoma Square, a short drive to Kenwood, all while surrounded by serenity and luxury. A short drive up Route 12 will take you to some of the best wineries on the West Coast! We built this 4,000 square foot home from the ground up and designed it with luxury and comfort in mind!

Inside you will find high quality finishes, Thermador appliances, beautiful furniture, and a pool and hot tub to die for. Enjoy outdoor lounge areas, 12 person teak outdoor table set underneath a romantic gazebo, a ping-pong table, and bocce ball court. This is the perfect location in the wine country. You may find yourself never wanting to leave the property.

Nightly Stay Requirements: We have a five-night minimum in April, May and first half of June. During the summer months (June 12 through September 7), we have a one week minimum. We have a five night minimum from September 8 through October 31. We CANNOT rent this house for two or three nights during these months. The only time we would consider less than five nights is if your trip falls on weekdays or it falls between two reservations.

In November, December, January, February and March we have a four night minimum. Occasionally we can rent the home for three nights during this time. We cannot rent the home for two nights.

Finally, during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year, The Fourth of July and Memorial Day, we have a one week minimum. Please send me a message if you have any questions about the minimums, I'd love to chat!

Important: There is a strict noise ordinance in Sonoma. No outdoor music at anytime. Also, guests are expected to enjoy the property inside after 10:00pm. Based on our agreement, you cannot use the backyard after 10:00pm. Our vacation rental permit allows us to have a maximum of 12 people at night and 16 people during the day. We cannot exceed these numbers based on our license. There is a maximum of four cars are allowed on the property. We receive a lot of requests for larger parties. We simply cannot accommodate these. We cannot accommodate events, large groups, or weddings.

There is an additional one time fee required for heating the pool. Please inquire at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated for your arrival.


Owner is severely allergic to pets. Absolutely no pets allowed.

This property is located on the west side of Sonoma. This side is beautiful and more rural. You are surrounded by mountains and vineyards all while being a few miles from the Sonoma Square.

*A damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your card used to book, for a period of 7 days, this hold will commence 2 days before your checkout
* We have a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the House or in the common areas. If you smoke during your stay you must pay a 500USD fine.
* We love animals too, but unfortunately we cannot allow pets on the premises
* The fruits and vegetables in the garden are intended solely for the owner's personal enjoyment. If you decide to bring home a basket filled with figs or tomatoes, a security deposit will be applied.
