Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

What a perfect break, from the communication at the start, to the little touches throughout our stay, it was faultless. Omiš is absolutely stunning and we will certainly be looking to go back! The villa has everything you could want, a pool for the day time, a jacuzzi for the evening. Overall 10/10!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Magnolia. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax. Zeljan was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and attentive to detail. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Zeljan & Katija were perfect hosts, their communication was brilliant, lots of suggestions for eating out and places to visit. They went through details on how to use / operate things around the home and the villa was beautifully presented, which became our perfect residence for our 10 day holiday. The villa was well equipped, very clean and we felt at home. The location in Tugare was far away enough from the busy areas, so it was very peaceful but close enough to major roads, so we visited Split, Dubrovnik & Trogir. This was one of our best family holidays and we won't hesitate to go back to Croatia or back to this amazing villa! Thank you Zeljan & Katija for being such wonderful hosts xx

Brilliant service!

Our host Zeljan was great. He was always on hand if required. Gave great tips and organised reservation for the lovely Zvizdan restaurant on our arrival. We had a wonderful sea view and sampled the beauty of the area. The food was fantastic. There were also some food essentials provided in the villa which was practical as we arrived on a Sunday. His lovely wife baked some cakes for us also which such a kind gesture. The accommodation itself was perfect. We had both floors and the kids loved having a lounge to themselves with a play station to use in the evenings. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. It was lovely to relax on the grounds and enjoy the views. A car is advisable though we did not lose out by using Uber and Zeljan offered a lift if we had difficulty getting transport. The town of Omis nearby is lovely. My son enjoyed the Zip wire across the canyon. My mother enjoyed the boat trip to the picnic area. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend a stay here.

Special place!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Magnolia. Bei allen Fragen war Zeljan direkt erreichbar und hat uns vorher ausführliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und die Umgebung gegeben und sogar angeboten in den besten Restaurants für uns zu reservieren. Bei Anreise war schon ein bisschen Essen im Kühlschrank und wir haben eine Einweisung zu Pool und Haus bekommen. Unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend! Die Villa ist sowieso ein Traum. Ein Airbnb mit 5 Sterne Hotel-Gefühl!!! Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen und sind voller Begeisterung!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Przyjechaliśmy pierwszy raz do Chorwacji. Nigdy wcześniej tutaj nie gościliśmy w tym kraju. Hrvastka wraz z Zeljanem przywitała nas w wyjątkowy sposób. Zeljan jako gospodarz do idealna osoba do tej „funkcji” zadbał o wszystko od A do Z! Był zawsze do naszej dyspozycji. Sam także inicjował jakieś ciekawe propozycje gdzie możemy się wybrać zjeść , gdzie wejść na najlepsze gelato w okolicy a gdzie możemy wypocząć najlepiej na plaży. Villa sama w sobie jest idealnym miejscem do odpoczynku. Totalny spokój! Po środku Splitu i Omiš do obu miejscowości 15-25 min jazdy autem. Gorąco polecamy! Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami.

Brilliant service!

Wir haben die Villa mit zwei Familien gebucht, wobei die Kids 4 Teenager waren. Die Aufteilung in zwei Wohnungen war von daher perfekt. Die gesamte Ausstattung beider Wohnungen sowie des Außenbereichs ließen keine Wünsche offen - Pool, Jacuzzi und Barbecue wurden reichhaltig genutzt. Die Host- Familie hat sich sehr umfassend und zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert und war stets proaktiv bei jeglicher Planung der Freizeitgestaltung. Alles in allem sind die Villa und die Vermieter sehr zu empfehlen. Ganz besonderer Dank geht an Zeljan der uns stets mit Rat und Tips zur Seite stand und uns bereits mit einem kleinen Einkauf im Kühlschrank empfangen hat und uns stets mit kleinen lokalen Spezialitäten überrascht hat.

Glorious residence!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde das gesamte Haus mit allem Einzelheiten ausführlich vorgestellt. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir immer auf tolle Tipps und Hilfe setzen, sei es ein gutes Restaurant oder ein passender Ort um den Tag entspannt am Fluss oder Meer zu verbringen. Glorious residence!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier. So viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben wir echt selten erlebt. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat uns Zeljan mit tollen Tipps und Restaurant-Empfehlungen versorgt, was super hilfreich war. Als wir am Sonntag angekommen sind, wartete schon ein kleiner Vorrat an Lebensmitteln auf uns – so aufmerksam! Katija hat uns sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen überrascht, einfach unglaublich lieb. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen und rundum wohl. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und ehrlich gesagt war ich anfangs etwas skeptisch, weil das Haus noch keine Bewertungen hatte. Im Nachhinein können wir nur sagen: wir wurden absolut positiv überrascht! Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank an Zeljan und Katija für diesen tollen Aufenthalt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Great stay!

Vi hade en otrolig vistelse i detta sjukt fina hus. Värden Zelijan va helt otrolig och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam när det gäller allt möjligt. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och staden är mysig.
