The overall house is beautiful, the cleanliness was spectacular! It was super cozy and it fit me and my girlfriends so well! We would definitely recommend over and over again!

Unfortunately, the property did not match our expectations based on the listing. The property is located in the Sunnyside area of Houston, and the surrounding environment was not what we anticipated from the listing. During our stay, there was considerable activity and noise from neighboring properties throughout the night.We booked an 11-night stay for five guests, but only two bath towels were provided. We also discovered exterior cameras at the property that we did not believe were properly disclosed in the listing at the time of booking. We raised the camera issue with Vrbo. On a positive note, the host was very responsive. When we arrived, a smoke alarm was chirping, and the host came to the property within minutes to address it.While I appreciated the host’s responsiveness, the discrepancies between the listing and our experience particularly the camera disclosure and surrounding environment resulted in us leaving the property early.

Lamento cualquier inconveniente pero emos tenido muchas reservas en la cual no emos tenido ningún tipo de problema siempre todo a funcionado la propiedad si se encuentra en sunny side y por eso se proporciona cámara de vigilancia del exterior para su seguridad pero nunca emos tenido ninguna emergencia. Sobre las toallas el servicio de limpieza tuvo un error que ya fue resuelto gracias a usted.

The host was great,very clean and spacious house,neighborhood was little sketchy at first but we had no problems but I’m from small country town so not use this atmosphere,the only downside is tough on disabled people with no downstairs shower and very high staircase to upstairs,all in all I give it a 10 because of the host,how clean and the amount of room it has
