Wonderful apartment just renovated with fine finishes in a strategic position for those who want to visit the center of Milan. A 3-minute walk from the Sforza Castle and 5 minutes from the Duomo. Ideal for those who want to be close to the most important attractions of Milan and stay in the comfort of an elegant apartment complete with all the comforts. With space for 4 people in a spacious double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed for 2.



Parking is available upon request and subject to prior availability.

The cost is 30 EUR per day .
We recommend booking it as soon as possible, because it may not be available for the dates.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. The worst part of it was that two lines of streetcars passed under our windows in two directions for nearly 24 hours a day. The vibration and the sound of them meant we couldn't sleep at all. They didn't run 2 hours overnight. It ruined our time there. The photos of the apartment looked lovely and clean but there were things in the apartment that were broken or didn't exist. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels. The basket that holds soap and shampoo was lying on the floor of the shower. Some of the white bedding was stained, the lamp was cracked and taped together, the walls were dirty. All things that don't take that much to fix but nothing was so it felt dirty. We were there several nights and it was expensive. No excuse for this and for not letting people know the extent of the street car noise and vibrations. The only good thing was that it was convenient.

Host provided good information for check in. He told us he would meet us at the property when we arrived. He never showed up. The superintendent of the building, which has nothing to do with any of the rentals had no idea how to help us. He is just the building superintendent and is not involved with anything to do with the rentals. The apartment was clean but the sheets were not clean. There was not any extra blanket. The one we found was dingy and had lots of hair. We washed it. When I swept the floors, they had a lot dirt. I didn’t mind sweeping and keeping it clean because we were staying there for approximately 2 weeks, but I would have expected a cleaner floor. The location was excellent and please don’t get me wrong, the apartment is very nice, but there are things host/owner could have done to provide a cleaner apartment and convenience. A microwave would be nice to have had. No instructions on how to use oven. the location is excellent. You are walking distant to a grocery store, shops, restaurants galore and Duomo. The problem with location is that a tram runs on the same street and runs all night long and makes thunderous noise. Luckily, I still had our ear plugs from our plane ride. The building is very secure. You feel very safe there during day and night. Superintendent is very helpful, but again, he is not involved with the rentals or any issues that arise inside the apartment.
