Excellent location. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The two-level apartment looks absolutely stunning at first glance. The renovation is top-tier, but unfortunately, style appears to have won out over substance:1. Be very careful in the master bedroom—it is easy to hit one's head against the ceiling near the bed.2. There are a lot of reflective surfaces between the master bathroom and master bedroom. It could be fun, but I got spooked a couple of times by my own reflection.3. There are only two power outlets in the kitchen for four appliances. The outlets are only reachable by a tall person or with the help of a step stool.4. The hot tub promised in the listing is not functional.The handrail on the staircase is not stable and should be fixed.5. The metal-chain curtain over the dryer and washer makes access to both appliances difficult.Overall, a great but somewhat overpriced place. A couple of common-sense updates could significantly improve functionality.
