Villa Casa de Golf is a beautiful and fully modernised front line golf villa in Guadalmina, one of Marbella most sought after suburbs.
This beautiful home has been fully reformed to the highest standard just 2 years ago. With large windows allowing beautiful natural light. Furnished is a beautiful Scandinavian style this comfortable villa has 4 En Suite bedrooms and can sleep 8 guests.
With all modern installations including WiFi Internet, individual Air conditioning in each room, IPTV system with all international channels Inc movies and sports.
There is a lovely mature garden with a beautiful view over the fairways of Guadalmina golf course. A private swimming pool (can be heated in low Season for a small additional cost) we have table tennis table on the terrace, comfortable exterior seating as well as large cushioned day beds for sunbathing.
Guadalmina Commercial center is just 1km away - a 10-12 minute walk. Here you will find popular bars, cafes and restaurants such as Amigos cocktail bar, Soho Market etc. Nice restaurants such as the Asador de Guadalmina, and Daji Dali as well as banks supermarkets and boutiques.
San Pedro Center is just 2km from the villa...a 5 mins cab ride or 20 min walk. A bustling town with tourist attractions, plazas and nightlife. Local activities for families such as the Redwoods Cable Ski Lake, San Pedro Driving range, Parks, and play areas on the Promenade make San Pedro a huge hit with families.
