In short, the place was fantastic! Nunzio is an attentive host. He gave us a welcome tour of property and explained how to use local refuse, and recycling. This was a huge help to us, from America, making our first trip to Italy. I would stay here again if I am lucky enough to make a trip back to Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is very moden and well furnished. Nunzio is a very responsive host that went above and beyond to assist when we left something in a cab that he had organized for us, tracking it through till it was returned.

This was one of the best places we stayed at while in Italy. The host was great and made everything simple. The apartment was newly remodeled and everything was perfect. It also has a great view of the local monastery! Just a short trip to Florence and close to everything you might need. I would highly recommend booking this place.

Casa Le Formiche - Florence

Wonderful host, quiet location near bus routes 37,39, 11. Grocery CoOp one block away. Recommend La Bisegna (restaurant) and Bar Varenne (Cafe). Apartment well equipped and clean. Air conditioned. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is a perfect base for a small family to explore Florence. It is modern and very quiet, with easy access to three bus lines to the city center or the train station (about a 20 minute ride). The local grocery stores are an easy walk.Questo appartamento è un posto perfetto per una piccola famiglia che vuole esplorare Firenze. È moderno e tranquillo, con tre linee di autobus al fronte dell’edificio per raggiungere la stazione o il centro storico (ci vogliono circa 20 minuti). Si può camminare facilmente ai mercati del vicinato.

Un accueil chaleureux, un endroit magnifique , tout était merveilleux, ultra moderne, propre et tous les accomodations nécessaires. Pour se rendre au centre de Florence, à peine 14 minutes en autobus et l'arrêt est seulement à quelques pas de la résidence. Vous allez être agréablement surpris et pas déçu du tout !

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Haltestelle für Busse in alle Richtungen mit mehrfach täglichen Verbindungen direkt vor der Haustür. Ebenso vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Und trotzdem ruhig. Ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist nicht notwendig. Sehr effiziente Verdunklung und Klimatisierung. Schönes Beleuchtungskonzept. Sehr gute Betten. Viel Stauraum.

O anfitrião super acolhedor, o apartamento é maravilhoso, todo equipado, tudo novo, as camas perfeitas, extremamente limpo e organizado, encontramos tudo que precisamos no apartamento e nas proximidades. A localização é perfeita, um vilarejo muito próximo a Florença, super sossegado e seguro. Eu voltaria a esse lugar com certeza!

Appartement excellent avec une literie parfaite. agencement soigné et la situation de l'appartement situé a une station de bus pour visiter Florence ou bien pour prendre l'avion. Nanzio est parfait dans sa communication et trouve toujours une réponse positive. N'hésitez pas je vous recommande cet endroit. Dominique 4 jours à FLorence septembre 2016. De plus je vous le recommande pour deux couples, chambre sdb et wc séparés super!...
