High-ceilinged, stylishly furnished, superbly located flat. My son loved the bunk bed. The building and flat entrance are key-free, with no key required. We had no issues entering the flat, but we had to enter the building several times with the help of others.

: Everything is fine. 24/7 support, no problems, had questions but they were answered almost instantly, I don't know how they do it. They installed an electronic lock, because earlier there were negative reviews about finding keys in the nearest shop. In general the family is delighted, of course you can hear a little shouting at night on the street, but not critical to sleep does not interfere, soundproofing is good and we understood that this is the centre of Barcelona, such will be. There is no such thing.

A well-appointed apartment with very comfortable mattresses and couch and a very spacious main bedroom, and in a fantastic location. The bunk bed is large with two double mattresses. Kitchen is up-to-date. Overall we loved it!When they say “first floor” they mean, not so obviously, the first floor above the second floor, in other words what we in North America call the THIRD floor, up two flights of stairs. It’s extra confusing because there is a 2a entry door on the second floor too, where someone else lives.Air conditioner and elevator did not work when we were there, a minor inconvenience.

Very comfortable flat in a great location Very good location, comfortable flat. Equipment according to the information. Microwave, oven, hob, dishes - all great. We had a problem entering the building on arrival. Although I had the app downloaded I could not open the door to the building and we stood in the street for quite a long time. There is no alternative to open the gate with a code. Perhaps the problem was that I had bluetooth turned off on my phone, I don't know. The app had previously only told me to turn on NFC, but on entering the flat it already said bluetooth.... Fortunately, you can alternatively open the door to the flat with a code. The flat is a bit neglected: two lamps in the living room (next to the sofa) do not work, one lamp next to the bed automatically switches off after a very short while, one socket does not work. TVs in every room, but managed to get the one in the living room to work. You have to drain a lot of water before it runs hot (gas cooker).
