Previous reviews labeled the property as “pristine”. It was hardly that. Floors dirty, carpets stained, old food in fridge and freezer. Also a lot of leftover personal items left in bathroom, no room for oursTo be perfectly honest we stayed 30 minutes and left. I did not feel that the apartment was ok to stay in. Also no toilet paper at allOutside the complex was dirty and full of junk, trash and lots of flies. It’s on the 2nd floor and no liftI’m trying to get some of my money back as we booked for 5 days.

When I book I want 2 things: 1. for the unit to be clean and 2. for things to work. Neither was true for this particular unit rental. This unit had a "surface clean" but there was so much dirt from "over time". The vent looked like it was wearing a coat of gray, as it had a think layer of dust/dirt on it. The carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty with very visiable, older stains. There was no coffee maker or coffee in the unit, no mat for the shower (inside the shower or for stepping out of the shower), There was no shampoo and there was very little hot water (got cold very quickly). The TV said "you must sign in to use" but there was no information provided to allow that to happen. The curtains did not close properly and there were 3 windows that could not be closed or locked. The landlord/owner was hard to reach and did not repsond to emails or texts, about my concerns. I would not recommend this unit as it had so many probelms. However, it is in a good location as everything is "walking distance", it seemed quite quiet and the beds were comfortable.
