The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 9 people, but unfortunately, the check-in and cleanliness were disappointing. We waited about 30 minutes just to get into the building lobby. Once there, the lockbox code provided to access the keys did not work. When someone finally arrived to help, he managed to open the lockbox with a screwdriver, only to discover that the keys were missing. He had to leave and return with another key about 30 minutes later. In total, it took us over an hour to get inside the apartment, where we eventually found the key sitting on the table. The first bedroom had an unpleasant urine-like smell, although the other bedrooms did not. We also found airplane tickets left behind by previous guests in a drawer, a baby bottle under one of the beds, and a considerable amount of dirt underneath the beds. While we were out, the kitchen flooded due to a clogged sink, requiring a technician and cleaning crew. While we appreciated that someone came to address the problem, this was another inconvenience during our stay.The apartment has great potential, but it needs more thorough cleaning, inspection, and maintenance between guests. With better preparation, more thorough housekeeping, and proper maintenance checks, this could be a very good place to stay. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
