Purtroppo, non posso dare una recensione del tutto positiva. L' appartamento presentava più cose rotte, come parte di sotto del mobiletto del bagno, asta dell'armadio..ma a parte questo, la mia esperienza con wonderful italy non è stata il massimo: più volte mi hanno chiesto di inserire i dati degli altri ospiti e le foto dei documenti, nonostante luigi del check in abbia fotografato i documenti al nostro arrivo. Mentre alle mie domande in merito all'orario di check in o check out, mi hanno risposto dopo ore e ore e in seguito ai miei solleciti. Ultimo appunto, la spazzatura.. Per chi resta un paio di giorni a Palermo, in appartamento, pur facendo la differenziata, è ovvio che qualcosa rimane prima di andare via. Perciò direi che l'host si potrebbe organizzare meglio su questo. Non credo che prenoterò più strutture gestite da wonderful italy

Alojamiento muy limpio y muy cómodo para acceder, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas también. Ubicación ideal ya que estaba muy cerca del centro histórico y nos facilitó hacer todo caminando. Nuestro comentario negativo es para el ruido del exterior sobre los edificios que dan al frente, muchísimos ruido a cualquier hora del día personas gritando sin educación, queremos pensar que es porque estaba en un calle de personas muy muy humildes que de educación y saber estar saben bien poco. Nuestra recomendación es que deberían poner ventanas insonorizadas para que los huéspedes puedan descansar tranquilos, porque el ruido es insoportable, sería el único inconveniente por el cual no volveríamos alojarnos. Gracias por el servicio prestado.
