Take a longer walk along the clifftop or undercliff to explore further afield or head to the historic village of Rottingdean where the famous author Rudyard Kipling lived at the turn of the century.

Bright spacious home with spacious living and combined modern kitchen areas. Seafront location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The living area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to 4 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and large L shaped double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

- First floor large modern level walk-in shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms:

* Bedroom 2 (first floor), 1 x Double bed. Sleeps 2 plus a separate study

IN ADDITION

* There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use
* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
* Travel Cot or High Chair fee £50.00 - only on request
* Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £ 200+vat
