I am writing to you with serious concern and deep frustration. Last night, we experienced a complete electrical failure at the property. As of this morning: • There is no electricity • No functioning lights • We cannot cook • The swimming pool is completely unusable To make matters worse, the pool was already in poor condition due to minimal maintenance, but now—without electricity—the water is stagnant, the system is off, and there is no circulation at all. This is not just unpleasant, it is a potential health hazard. We are now several days into our stay (since Saturday), and I have reported multiple serious problems—from lack of hygiene, broken furniture, missing essentials, to access issues and now a total systems failure—and nothing has been resolved. I have spent hours trying to get help from Bell Villa, calling, messaging, and explaining everything over and over again. Their response has been completely unhelpful. I was told previous bad reviews had been resolved, which gave me confidence to book this villa. Clearly, that was misleading. There is: • No one managing access to the community • No communication or response from your side • No urgency to solve what are clearly critical issues ⸻ I am demanding, firmly and clearly: 1. That you send a technician/electrician immediately to restore power 2. That you arrange urgent maintenance for the pool and basic systems today 3. That you take responsibility for the shocking condition we found this property in 4. That you compensate us or find an alternative solution if this is not resolved today ⸻ We are here for one week, and so far, our experience has been extremely stressful and uncomfortable. This is not what was advertised, and it is not what we paid for. If this is not addressed within hours, I will be forced to escalate this via: • The booking platform • Official complaint channels • Public reviews and legal options if necessary Please understand: this is no longer just a matter of inconvenience—it is about basic safety, hygiene,… Belvilla is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor Dutch-speaking agents, having to explain the whole story every time because you get someone new on the line, broken promises to call back, promises to follow up via email but never doing so. We explained the seriousness of the situation again and again, sent photos to the SOS service, but no one responded. A truly worthless company.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, feuchte Bereiche sind daher gesundheitsschädlich, die Gartenmöbel fallen auseinander, die Pergola-Plane ist an allen Seiten kaputt und hängt halb darüber, die Schwimmbadinstallation ist ausgeschaltet und am Schrank hängen scheinbar Kabel Durchgebrannt, die Matratzen in allen Zimmern sind super dreckig und stinken nach Pisse, Lampen funktionieren hier und da nicht, Küchenschränke stecken mit einer Schraube fest, andere Küchenschränke fallen vor Elend fast um, in der Küche war alles dreckig, als wir dort waren Angekommen, überall im Haus Schimmelflecken aufgrund des schlechten Raumklimas, super gesundheitsschädlich, wir hatten 6 Kinder dabei, eines davon hatte Asthma und es ging ihm nicht gut, wir haben vom ersten Tag an versucht, Belvilla anzurufen Ankunft und hatte insgesamt 22 Mitarbeiter am Telefon, aber niemand hat uns geholfen, eine Notaufnahme zu finden, ich habe 3 Tage lang telefoniert und mich dann entschieden zu gehen, mit allen Konsequenzen, die das mit sich bringt: Bezahlung einer neuen Unterkunft, enttäuschte Kinder, usw. usw. Belvilla ist die schlimmste Partei, mit der ich je zu tun hatte, arme Niederländisch sprechende Leute am Telefon, die alles immer wieder erzählen müssen, weil immer jemand anderes am Telefon ist, Versprechen, zurückzurufen, es aber nicht tun, Versprechen mit Lösungen per E-Mail, aber tu es nicht, immer wieder wird der Ernst der Lage erklärt, Fotos an den SOS-Dienst geschickt, aber niemand antwortet. Belvilla ist ein wirklich wertloses Unternehmen, ich werde eine Beschwerde einreichen. Es muss gesagt werden, dass unser Gastgeber, der die Villa erst seit zwei Wochen verwaltet, versucht hat, uns in jeder Hinsicht zu helfen, aber auch immer wieder auf das umständliche Belvilla-Gerät gestoßen ist. Leute, mietet diese Villa wirklich nicht!!! Schöne Aussicht, aber schlecht zugänglich und definitiv ersatzbedürftig. Außerdem ist das Klima in der Villa schrecklich.

Wunderschönes riesiges Haus mit fantastischem Pool. Großer, schöner Kühl-/Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfeln. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Tolle Lage/Aussicht, gute Möglichkeit, 2 Autos auf oder unter dem Grundstück zu parken – ABER es fehlt nur noch der letzte Schliff, um die hohe Miete zu rechtfertigen. Die unterste Stufe der Haupttreppe ist heruntergefallen, die Türen zum abgesperrten/gesicherten Poolbereich hängen oder funktionieren nicht richtig, die eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, der Ofen funktionierte nicht richtig/LEDs sind durchgebrannt, die Dunstabzugshaube ist falsch aufgehängt, damit Sie nicht richtig schlafen können Schlagen Sie mit dem Kopf hinein, der Ofen löst während der Grillfunktion das HPFI-Relais aus, das Doppelbett im 1. Stock knarrt und knallt, die Tür zum selben Raum lässt sich nicht schließen, der Außengrill ist rostig und abgenutzt, Sie werden von Kleinen gebissen Mücken, wenn man sich morgens und abends draußen aufhält, Wespen sind auch eine Plage, das bereitgestellte Babybett war ohne Matratze, das eine Erwachsenenbett wurde vergessen mit Bettwäsche bezogen, das Ecksofa im Wohnzimmer war mit alten Teppichen bedeckt da es abgenutzt und alt war. Vorschlag: Kühltasche und Eisblöcke sind vorhanden
