The environment and nature has been in focus when choosing the materials for the house, e.g. the stones for the outer wall is from the water front below. Inside the covered veranda on the 2nd floor, you have a 60 m² living room with a view and tasteful furniture, long table and a bar. The bunk bed's lower bed is 120 cm wide. The whirlpool has room for 1-2 people. Skylights gives a good lighting. Short distance to a communal terrace with beach, outdoors covered grill with bar, pavilion and sun chairs. From approx 23/06 to 06/09, the swimming pool is open from 12 -18.00 every day, shared with 88280, 28041 and 28042. It is 50 m² and heated to 24 - 28 Celsius. You can rent a grill-hut in the communal area if you contact the local office directly. The beach is sheltered by a large private pier, great for fishing. Several 16 ft boats with 20 hp motors for rent. You can also rent two Øien 620F 21 ft boat with 50 hp Suzuki DF50ATL 4-stroke motor, Garmin Echo map 72SV chartplotter/GPS/sonar, control panel, fishpot hook and 6 rod holders. Please book boats, canoes and kayaks at the same time as you book the house, to make sure you get the activities you want. The boats are located in a private harbour by the fjord. The fjord has plenty of fish, lobster and crabs.
