Bright and spacious cottage with a small view to the sea and to Rubjerg Knude from the living room on the first floor. In the spring of 2018, the house is beautifully and tastefully renovated and newly decorated and appears modern and attractive. The cottage contains on the ground floor living room / kitchen in open connection, two bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating and entrance hall. On the 1st floor there is a living room and a bedroom. The decor is very bright due to the many large windows, and the furniture is appealing and modern. Everywhere, attention has been paid to the details and the highest quality of materials has been used, just as the mix of new and retro furniture is in line with the look of the house. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with district heating. On the large, south-facing terrace you can stay undisturbed, just as there is plenty of shelter and sun. From the terrace there is direct access to a small lawn, surrounded by planting and a little fence. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
