Nice property, and location

Loved the security aspect and location. Easily accessible to food and entertainment. Overall was good, Only complaint is the pillows were cheap and hard. That made sleeping an issue.

Adequate accommodations in a great location

Great location in terms of walking distance to many things NOLA. The specific property is very stark and austere; the living quarters have only a very uncomfortable sofa and a table with 4 chairs. One cracked wine glass existed. The worst thought was that it was a "penthouse," and the only bedroom had a skylight that made the room light up at sunrise as if you had turned on every light in the place. So weird to have the lightest room in the apartment be the one where you wanted to be sleeping.

Lacking

Everything in this apartment is super cheap. The sofa feels like it’s about to fall apart; the mattress feels like the one I had in boot camp; the bed is so loud, it literally woke me up when rolling over; dishwasher doesn’t work; window blinds falling apart; and several other things I may have forgotten about. I asked the management team 3 times to replace the air filter, but they would just wipe off the return vent, even while the air filter was clearly and visibly caked with dirt.

Great location but bit worn

Great location but was lacking in charm and many things were broken or not provided. Absolutely only good for 2 people for sleeping. Pull out couch was broken and horribly uncomfortable. There were no bath hand towels and only 2 towels for 4 people. Manager never fixed our broken couch. Dishwasher was broken. Nice size place and nice location but could use a bit more essential items.
