Absolutely fantastic! The listing is so good but the stay - THE best. The communication with Georgio and Nikolia was easy. They helped us create a fantastic itinerary for our three day stay that helped us to feel like we really experienced the city. The apartment is truly amazing. Clean, comfortable and the rooftop view is just incredible. We had an amazing dinner at the apartment prepared by the recommended chef and the tour of Athens and the transfer to and from the airport had the best driver. Everything about our stay was incredible. We are excited to return on our next visit to Athens.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Georgios was very responsive and very helpful. We were a little surprised at the spiral staircase. 3 of the bedrooms are up the staircase and impossible to bring our large suitcases up. Once we mastered the staircase it was definitely worth the trip to the top with beautiful views especially of the acropolis! I only have one negative. We had a group of 8 and 4 of us arrived at a different time than the other 4. Both groups were arriving early so we arranged pickup from the airport with Georgios and included a 4 hour tour. The first group had a wonderful ride and tour with Kennedy. The 2nd group arrived late and Sotiris was supposed to pick them up and give a tour. He didn't appear to have a plan because he asked the group what they wanted to see. Never having been to Athens they didn't know what to say and after some discussion Sotiris basically said, because it was raining, you probably won't see anything anyway and brought them to the VRBO and still charged for airport pickup and tour. That being said, we asked Kennedy to provide us with a couple more rides to our cruise ship and airport. Kennedy couldn't make it but Nicos filled in and he was great. Overall everything was great. I highly recommend this house. And I highly recommend Greece for your vacation. Everyone was very kind. The restaurants provided great food and great service. Bring your walking shoes!

Location Does Not Get Any Better Than This

Just wow! The location of the villa was directly under the Acropolis which positioned us near all historical landmarks. Our group of 9 made memories that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Athens.

Family Trip

Great location! So close to the Parthenon and all of the amazing shopping and food in Plaka. This house is beautiful and located on a nice quiet street. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the rooftop at night and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We were a large multigenerational family group so a downstairs bedroom was very helpful for Grandpa. Nikolia even coordinated a private guide for the Parthenon for us as well as our airport transfers. Everything was perfect.

A One-Night Stay We’ll Never Forget!We were a group of 8 friends passing through Athens for just one night, and staying at this villa was the best decision we made. From the moment we walked in, we were completely captivated—the space is elegant, spacious, and perfectly designed for a group.But what truly took our breath away was the view. Standing on the terrace, looking straight at the illuminated Acropolis, felt like something out of a dream. We spent the evening soaking in the atmosphere, enjoying great conversation, and just taking it all in.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Plaka, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and private. And Georgios was an incredible host, making sure everything was perfect and giving us great local tips, even for such a short stay.We only stayed one night, but we left feeling like we had experienced something truly special. Next time, we’re staying longer—this place is too magical for just one night. Thank you, Georgios, for an unforgettable stay!

Excellent home. We had two families (4 adults, 5 children) stay here for 4 days/3 nights. It was in a perfect location within walking distance to everything in Plaka and Monistiriki, as well as the Acropolis. We had 3 full days of shopping and sightseeing and never needed transportation. The home is exactly like the pictures and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer space. The host was easy to work with and very communicative. Highly recommended.

Property was perfectly positioned in central Athens. Walking distance to everywhere! Property was clean, well stocked, only hiccup was AC was out prior to our visit and this delayed cleaning crew. It was quickly resolved. Owner was responsive quickly too. Washer and dryer take a long time to do loads and are in German, that’s a bit tricky for non German speakers.

The rest of the reviews are accurate. The house is wonderful in every way. Location- great, a couple blocks from Acropolis House - designer quality. Multiple decks and hot tub, including the view. Hosts - great service, pro active Plaka- lots of tourist spots for shopping, but with in blocks are multiple hidden restaurants that were all very good. It was a great experience that my whole family loved. We were there with 7 people. You are in the heart of everything, but the specific street is surprisingly quiet.
